1) cleo 4.3

2) IMGTool

3) skin selector v2.1

Installation instructions:

1) install cleo 4.3 to the gta san andreas folder.

2) install skin selector 2.1 to the gta san andreas folder.

3) run IMGTool goto file - open - gta san andreas - cleo - open skin.img file.

4) goto commands tab - add - vijay skin for gta sa folder - select vijay.dff and vijay.txd file.

5) now goto commands tab - rebuild archive - click yes. that's all.

6) run gta sa - click tab+Q in keyboard - vijay player is spawned.
